There are several options for engaging in the coaching process - an Individual (Initial) Consultation or a Package. The initial session is 75-minutes. Subsequent sessions are 50-minutes. You may choose sessions in person, in my home office, by video meeting or phone. The frequency of sessions can be weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly. We will determine the frequency based on your needs and progress. As clients progress, sessions can be spaced with more time between appointments.
After an initial consultation, if a client wants to purchase a package, this session is included in the package pricing and the price of the individual consultation will be deducted from the cost of the package.
Basic Package includes:
These sessions are typically scheduled weekly. After the Basic Package a client may convert to the Signature Package if desired.
Signature Package includes:
If you know upfront you need more accountability and want to commit to more time for coaching, this package is for you. With this package, timing is typically weekly for the first 4 to 6 appointments, then twice a month, with quarterly follow-ups.
Group coaching is ideal for 3 to 5 people and includes:
If you have friends or family who would like a less expensive, group experience, this option is for you. There's flexibility and we can discuss the option that would work best based on your group.
